Lifetime Warranty
The Australian Shop warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If any defect in materials appears during the life of the product, The Australian Shop's sole liability shall be to repair or replace the product, or to refund the purchase price at The Australian Shop's sole option. This warranty does not apply to normal wear or failure of the product resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling or failure to follow washing instructions.

Any defective product should be returned to The Australian Shop together with proof of purchase.
